Biography partnered with Adrianne to launch as a new-to-the-world face+skincare brand with a bold ambition: to redefine aging as a source of beauty, power, and transformation. Built around the potency of active oils, Biography sought to enter the crowded clean beauty space with something entirely different—radically effective skincare wrapped in radical self-acceptance.
But entering the market required more than product performance. Biography needed a brand that could break through the noise, signal quiet luxury, and magnetize an audience of high-performing, vitality-driven women who reject fear-based beauty messaging.

What We Did
The task was to create a complete visual identity system for a brand that didn’t yet exist—but needed to feel like it always had. The visual identity had to:
Signal luxury, natural efficacy, and confidence without cliché
Speak directly to affluent, wellness-savvy women aged 45+ without alienating younger or adjacent audiences
Create distinction in an oversaturated, often overdesigned category
Support storytelling that was warm, magnetic, and self-assured
We built Biography’s visual world from scratch. Our work included:
Visual Identity System
Typography: A custom typographic system that blends classic editorial style with unexpected modernity—confident, not loud
Color Palette: Earth-driven neutrals paired with sensorial warmth—designed to feel both grounded and luminous
Logomark: A refined, monoline logotype that evokes timeless elegance and confidence, while remaining fluid enough for digital and packaging use
Photography & Art Direction: Focused on vitality, touch, and personal ritual—designed to feel lived-in, not retouched

The visual identity established Biography as a skincare brand unlike any other—rooted in vitality, unapologetically effective, and emotionally magnetic. It:
